The beauty of Postlewait’s cascading vineyards and lush private gardens surrounded Alan and Ashley when they exchanged their vows on July 10th.
The bride could not have been more stunning in her classic white gown and veil that went perfect with her groom's black suit with grey accents. The bridesmaids looked striking in floor length turquoise dresses with lively pink rose bouquets, while her maid of honor made her own statement with a long, grey chiffon strapless dress.
After the couple celebrated their vows with a unique sand ceremony that represented their commitment to each other as a new family, the wedding party celebrated with a toast in the charming saloon that rested on the wedding grounds. The reception took place in the barn that was transformed into a room of romance with white clothed tables, candle lit center pieces... all under a magnificent lit chandelier that completed the elegant look.
Guest made their way through the buffet for tortellini and chicken catered by Nicolette’s Catering. Shortly following dinner, cake and cupcakes were displayed on wood rounds giving this décor a rustic, edgy look.
This evening ended with friends and family who filled the dance floor, entertained by Great Beginnings DJ. The night could not have gone more smoothly without the help of wedding coordinator Natalie Johnson with Carpe Diem Weddings and Events, who kept everyone on schedule . We were thankful to be invited to capture Alan and Ashley’s memories and wish them a lifetime full of happiness.
